Prairie Village Museum
Take a stroll through history...
Prairie Village Museum’s 20 historic buildings – moved to the site and arranged around a village square – include an 1887 log cabin, the Penn train depot, the York jail, and the two-story Silva School. Objects displayed in these structures, and six exhibition halls, tell the story of the people who made their homes on the North Dakota plains, from American Indians to settlers from faraway Norway, Germany, Russia, and more. Strolling our boardwalks is like stepping back in time.
